Data deletion
Last updated: September 6, 2026
If you have connected a Meta ad account to Glyph, you can ask us to delete the data we hold from it at any time.
How to request deletion
Email glyphsupport@gmail.com from the address on your Glyph account, asking us to delete your Meta data. You don’t need to give a reason. We confirm within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- The access token authorizing Glyph to read the connected ad account.
- Campaign, ad set, and ad performance data retrieved from Meta for that account.
- Any cached copies of that data held to avoid re-querying Meta.
What this does not remove
Reports you have already generated and shared stay live, so a link you sent a client keeps working. They contain figures produced from Meta data at the time the report was built. If you want those taken down too, say so in the same email and we will remove them.
Nothing in your Meta account itself is affected. Glyph only ever reads from it, and deleting data here does not change anything on Meta’s side.
Disconnecting without emailing
Disconnecting an ad account in Glyph also removes the data we hold from it, within 30 days. The email route exists for people who no longer have access to the account, or who want written confirmation.
