Free trial

Your 3-day free trial starts when you confirm your email address, and no payment method is required. There's nothing to refund during the trial, because nothing is charged.

Money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, no questions asked. After that window, payments for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time to stop future charges — access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account settings. It stops future billing immediately; you keep access through the end of your current period. Reports you've already generated and shared stay live even after you cancel or downgrade — we don't take down a link your client might still open.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are processed by Paddle, our payment provider, and typically appear back on your original payment method within a few business days.

Email glyphsupport@gmail.com with your account email and the reason. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

If you're unhappy with a charge, please reach out to us before filing a chargeback with your bank — we can usually resolve it faster directly, and a chargeback may pause your account while it's investigated.
