Terms of Service

Last updated: September 7, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Glyph. Creating an account means you agree to them, in full, including the sections limiting our liability and requiring you to cover us for problems caused by your own use of the service.

Who can use Glyph

Glyph is a business tool for agencies and marketers, not a consumer product. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act on behalf of the business you're signing up. You're using Glyph as a business, entering into a business-to-business agreement — not as a consumer, and not covered by consumer-protection rules that don't apply to business contracts.

Your account

Keep your login credentials secure — you're solely responsible for activity under your account, whether or not you personally took that action. Tell us right away if you think someone's accessed it without permission.

Connecting Meta ad accounts

When you connect a Meta ad account — including one you manage for a client rather than one you own — you're confirming you have the authority to grant Glyph access to it, and you take full responsibility for that representation. If that authority is ever withdrawn, disconnecting the account is on you. We request read-only access, limited to what's needed to build reports, and we're not responsible for what you were or weren't authorized to connect.

Subscriptions and billing

Plans and pricing are shown on our pricing page and may change over time. Your price is locked in for as long as your subscription stays active without a gap. If you cancel and later resubscribe, the plan and pricing available at that time will apply.

Payments are processed by Paddle, who handles the transaction as the seller of record. Purchasing a subscription also means accepting Paddle's own terms, shown at checkout. We aren't responsible for Paddle's service, outages, or errors in processing your payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel first. Cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for.

Free trial

Your 3-day free trial starts when you confirm your email address, and no payment method is required. Because there's no card on file, your account won't be charged automatically when the trial ends.

Refunds

See our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use Glyph for anything unlawful, or to create or send reports you know contain false or materially misleading content; access ad accounts, clients, or data you're not authorized to access; share your account or resell access; try to get around plan limits; scrape or extract data from Glyph beyond your normal use of the product; send unsolicited bulk communications through or because of Glyph; impersonate any person or organization; or use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else's use of it.

You are solely responsible for how you use Glyph and for everything you do with it, including every report you generate, edit, and send. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably suspect fraud, illegal activity, a security risk, or a violation of these Terms.

AI-generated content — your responsibility

The written commentary in your reports — narrative, recommendations, and next-period plans — is produced with AI, based on the data and context you provide. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving this content before it reaches anyone else. Glyph does not verify the accuracy of Meta-supplied performance data, and we make no representation that AI-generated commentary is accurate, complete, or appropriate for your client's situation. Nothing produced by Glyph constitutes financial, legal, marketing, or professional advice. You use it entirely at your own risk, and you — not Glyph — bear responsibility for any consequence of sending it to anyone.

Your relationship with your clients

Glyph has no relationship with, and no responsibility toward, your clients or anyone else who receives a report link from you. Any dispute, claim, or disagreement between you and your client is exclusively between the two of you. We are not a party to that relationship and are not liable for anything arising from it.

Report links

You control who you share a report link with, and you're solely responsible for that decision. Once shared, we're not responsible for what happens to that content outside our platform, including anyone your client forwards it to.

Intellectual property

Glyph, and its design, branding, and underlying software, belong to us and our licensors. Your client data, and the specific reports generated for you, remain yours to use. You're granting us a license to your input data solely to provide the service to you; anything you submit that infringes someone else's rights is your responsibility, not ours.

Disclaimers

Glyph is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. We specifically disclaim any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don't guarantee specific business outcomes, reply rates, or improvements to your clients' ad performance. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, and we're not responsible for outages, data loss, or errors originating from Meta, Paddle, or any other third-party service we rely on or connect to.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Glyph, its founders, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or damage to your business reputation or client relationships — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, even if we've been told such damages are possible.

Our total liability for any claim relating to Glyph, however it arises, is limited to the amount you personally paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose — or, if you haven't paid us anything, to a nominal sum. This limit applies to claims against Glyph the company and against any individual founder, officer, director, employee, contractor, or agent personally.

You indemnify us

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glyph and its founders, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense — including reasonable legal fees — arising from or related to:

  • your use of Glyph;
  • any report you generate, edit, approve, or send to anyone;
  • data or content you submit, including information about your clients;
  • your violation of these Terms or of any law;
  • your violation of any third party's rights, including a client's; or
  • any dispute between you and your client or any other third party.

This obligation survives even after you stop using Glyph or close your account.

No liability for third-party services

Glyph depends on services we don't control — including Meta's advertising platform and Paddle's payment processing. We're not responsible for their outages, errors, policy changes, data accuracy, or any consequence that flows from them, including a Meta API change that affects your reports or a Paddle billing issue.

Force majeure

We're not liable for any failure or delay caused by something reasonably outside our control — including outages of a service we depend on, natural events, or actions by a government or third party.

Termination

You can close your account any time. We can suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to Glyph, our other users, or any third party, with notice where practical and immediately where it isn't. Report links you've already shared stay live even after your account closes. The sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and your relationship with your clients survive termination of your account.

Changes to these Terms

We'll update the date above and notify you by email of any material change, and where a change materially reduces your rights, we may ask you to affirmatively accept it before continuing to use Glyph. Continuing to use Glyph after a change means you accept it.

Resolving disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first — most things get sorted out directly. If a dispute can't be resolved that way, both parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation, and then mediation, before pursuing formal legal action. Any remaining dispute will be handled under the laws and courts that apply to where Glyph operates.

General

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms isn't a waiver of our right to do so later. You can't assign your rights under these Terms without our consent; we can assign ours freely, including as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of the business. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Glyph regarding the service.
